  • We work with boards and incoming CEOs on the conditions side of leadership transitions: governance alignment, decision rights, onboarding infrastructure, and what it actually takes for a new leader to succeed. This is where most organizations underinvest and where we concentrate.

  • We coach a small number of nonprofit CEOs and first-time C-suite leaders one-on-one through consequential moments: a new role, a major decision, or a transition that's more complex than expected. The work is confidential, rigorous, and integrated into what's actually happening. Results have included significant salary increases, successful leadership transitions, and returns of up to 16 times the investment.

  • We step into senior executive roles during periods of planned or unplanned transition, providing experienced, stable leadership while organizations identify and onboard permanent leaders.

  • We partner with organizations on eight- and nine-figure campaigns, aligning revenue strategy, leadership, and board engagement before execution begins.

  • We work with development and marketing teams to strengthen infrastructure, sharpen messaging, and build the systems that sustain revenue growth over time.
